What is included in our Setup
Every Nekst Pro plan comes with guided onboarding to get you up and running fast. Your setup fee includes:
- A personalized discovery Zoom call to learn how you run your business & discuss the gathering of resources
- Up to 3 hours of build-out using your workflows in Nekst - including:
- The creation of tasks
- Building out Email templates with SmartTags to auto-populate information
- Setting up Email & SMS reminders
- Assisting with any available integrations
- Setups are typically completed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your assets
- 2 Hours of 1-on-1 training calls over Zoom
- Access to weekly small group training calls
- Ongoing chat support
Three hours is enough to establish your foundation & for some, complete the entire setup. Should your setup exceed 3 hours, additional setup time is available at $65/hour. A quote for total setup cost can be provided in advance for any more robust setup.

As a transaction coordinator, Nekst has been a game-changer for managing my workflow. The support team is always responsive and incredibly helpful.
Are there any additional fees beyond the monthly/annual fees?
There are no hidden fees beyond what is listed on the pricing page. Team Pro users will see increases and decreases of their monthly charge as they add or remove seats. Users get up to 5 GB of document storage and a variable amount of tokens for utilizing the AI features within Nekst. Should additional storage or tokens be needed, a small fee will apply based on need.
Is there a long term contract?
Nope! No contracts required. Choose a monthly or annual plan. Please see our Terms of Service should you wish to review additional information.
What is your cancellation policy?
For our Pro plans, you can cancel anytime. However, we do not pro-rate partial refunds for any time that remains unused. Should you wish to temporarily cancel your account or pause your subscription, any remaining time will be applied to your next invoice.
Can I upgrade to a different account later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade between our different account levels. Please note that in order to downgrade from a Team Plan to a Solo Plan, you will need to take the necessary steps of removing team members. Should you have more than 5 Transactions and downgrade to the Solo Lite Plan, your account will remain locked as you have already exceeded the 5 Transaction limit. However, you may reactivate your account to a Pro Plan at any time.
What is considered a "Market" for determining if 3 or 6 is enough?
A "Market" represents a standardized contract set (Purchase Contract, Listing Agreement, etc) that can be trained and read by Nekst AI. In some cases, an entire State (e.g. Florida Association of Realtors) uses the same real estate documents throughout the entire state.
But in some states, like Ohio, contracts are created by each regional MLS. And cities like Chicago, might use both the local Chicago Board of Realtors contract AND the Multi-Board contract within a city. Each contract set (Market) might use different terminology and have different deadline structures - so it's important that we design a workflow and extract the right information based on each unique contract, hence our need for individual Markets.
Should you operate across more markets than your plan allows, reach out and we can discuss the process for adding more.

Can I customize the Pre-Loaded Workflows?
Sure can! Any of our Pre-Loaded Workflows can be customized to fit your business by first making a "Copy" of the Workflow and renaming it.
Can I send SMS messages from my own number?
Unfortunately not. Strict rules have been put in place for SMS messaging compliance and we are unable to portray a message as coming from your specific phone number. We recommend using Nekst SMS Messages as "announcement-style" messages to cut through the clutter. Perfect for reminders and informing recipients about next steps.
Can I assign tasks to my buyer and seller clients?
At one time, we offered this feature but buyers and sellers would not use it. They prefer to simply be told "what to do" and "when to do it", rather than find out for themsevles inside an app. We suggest you rely on a combination of Email Messages, SMS Messages and the Client Portal to inform your clients of important details and next steps during a transaction.
What tools do you integrate with?
We currenty integrate with Gmail, Outlook, Zapier, Followup Boss & more! We also have a Public API to let users built their own tools to support Nekst. To see a full list of integrations, visit our Integrations page.
How does document storage work in Nekst?
Documents can be uploaded and associated with a transaction. By applying a label to a document, users can email a link for any document to a transaction party. This link will permit the recipient to either download the document or preview it within a browser. All of our documents are stored via AWS and will not expire once added to your account.
Why have I never heard of you?
I mean, I probably haven't heard of you either...but I can already see this blossoming into an amazing relationship! In truth, Nekst started out as an internal tool for a real estate brokerage. Over time, the founder has been adding features and onboarding new clients across North America. As our popularity grows, so will your success with our system.
