If you are on a Monthly Plan, you can cancel anytime. However, we do not pro-rate partial months. For Annual Plans, you can also cancel anytime but we do not offer partial refunds. We suggest you start on our monthly plan before committing to an annual plan.
You sure can! You can upgrade and downgrade between each version. Though as the requirements are different for each type of Plan, you may have to modify your setup to be in compliance (e.g. Removing Team Members).
