How It Works

Our Google Calendar integration lets you connect your Google account to Nekst so appointment tasks become calendar events.

Once connected, you can:

  • Create appointment tasks inside Nekst and automatically generate Google Calendar invites
  • Sync updates and cancellations with your connected calendar and invitees
  • Use SmartTags to auto-fill appointment details like dates, locations, and participant names
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members with automatic calendar invitations

You can build these appointments into your workflows or schedule them for active transactions without switching apps.

Getting Started

To connect your Google Calendar:

  1. Go to Settings inside Nekst
  2. Select Calendar Integration
  3. Choose Google Calendar
  4. Sign in and grant access

Once connected, appointment tasks with dates and times will automatically generate Google Calendar events and send invites to participants.
