How It Works
Our Outlook integration allows you to securely connect your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account to Nekst.
Once connected, you can:
- Send emails directly from tasks and transactions inside Nekst
- Automatically save sent emails to your Outlook Sent folder
- Use SmartTags to auto-fill dates, names, addresses, and transaction details
- Keep your email activity aligned with your workflows
There is no need to switch between platforms or manually copy and paste emails. Everything stays connected and documented.

Getting Started
To connect your Outlook account:
- Navigate to Settings inside Nekst
- Select Email Setup
- Choose Outlook
- Authorize your Microsoft account
Once connected, you can begin sending emails immediately from within your transactions and tasks.
